I am delighted to share with you that you can now buy the beautiful LuminArte Twinkling H20’s at Scrap Junkie.
LuminArte Twinkling H20’s are fun, scrumptious, shimmery, lightfast watercolour cakes. They are acid-free and non-toxic and are suitable for all ages and to use on all papercraft projects.
Simply dip a wet paintbrush or waterbrush into the solid cake of colour and begin to paint.
